Pipeline strainers are used for removing unwanted particulate from pipelines containing gaseous and liquid fluids. Most of our products are used for water-like fluids, although there are applications for heavy oil, adhesives, paint and all types of industrial slurries.

Automatic strainers and automatic filter systems are used to reduce labor hours otherwise required for accessing and cleaning strainer baskets and filter elements. The cost effectiveness of an automatic strainer compared to a conventional simplex strainers and duplex strainers depends upon many factors, although based upon strictly initial unit cost, pricing is relatively close for flow rates corresponding to 8" and larger sized pipelines.

Bag Filter System is based on pressurized liquid filtration in which the product to be filtered is passed through a filter bag from inside to outside. Customers can choose from a complete line of single and multi-bag filter housings designed to meet the needs of the most demanding applications. Multi-bag housings that accommodate up to 36 individual filter bags for flow rates of up to 4500 gpm are available in a number of different designs.

Filter bags are designed for applications requiring removal from 0.00004" to 0.0314" (1 to 800 microns) from flow rates up to 9,000 GPM.

Wright Austin Air Liquid Separators are available in many configurations ad can be custom fabricated to meet your specific requirements. T style air liquid separators are common for smaller pipelines and for high percentages of entrainment. Some Wright Austin air liquid separators have built-in drain traps and for those that do not, we offer float style air liquid drain traps to safely drain the fluid from the pipeline without product or pressure loss. Wright Austin exhaust heads reduce visible condensate plumes and help recover expensive boiler additives Our products are designed to separate all entrained water and oil from exhaust air, gas or steam prior to being discharged into the atmosphere or next stage in the pipeline. When properly sized they will remove 99% of all liquids and solids greater than 10 microns in size. Whether you are recovering boiler treatment chemicals from condensate vents or simply removing condensate from compressed air lines, our products offer a cost effective and maintenance free way to remove entrained moisture.

Hydra-Cell Pumps have a sealless design; they do not have cups, packing or mechanical seals. The are used for flow rates from fractional GPM up to 45 GPM for discharge pressures from 50 to 3000 PSI. Hydra-Cell pumps are ideal for pumping cryogenic, very hot, abrasive and reclaimed fluids that compromise traditional "sealed pumps". Vector Peristaltic Pumps are also a sealless design, however they are better suited for non-continuous applications that require higher flow rates and/or discharge pressures less than 100 PSI. Vector pumps have excellent suction lift capability and can pump very viscous fluids such as syrup, adhesives, oil, paint etc. Webster R Series Pumps are a sealless magnetic-driven centrifugal design used in water and waste water treatment applications and for chemical, plating and marine environments that would be corrosive to alloy materials. The Webster R Series magnetic-drive centrifugal pumps are design for flow rates up to 130 GPM and for discharge pressures <40 PSI.
