Integral heavy weight drill pipe
Integral heavy weight drill pipe is manufactured from AISI 4142H-4145H modified drill collar material according to SY/T 5146-1997,thick-walled pipe called integral heavy weight drill pipe was developed to provided a gradual transition from the heavy drill collars to the relatively light weight drill pipe. This intermediate weight pipe has a wall thickness of approximately 1?and helps prevent stress concentration at the top of the drill collars. It also allows you to drill at higher rpms, reducing torque and differential pressure sticking.

Low Torque Bonnet Seal
Our Low torque bonnet seal is a bore type seal assembly that not only extends into the intermediate flange but is also captured in the machine bore in the body face. The bonnet seal is independent, does not depend on the bonnet torque. It greatly reduces torque requirements for bonnet bolts, thus extends the bonnet bolt thread life.

Ram type BOP
Our Ram type BOP is simple and compact and is suited for land and platform applications.
The ram in the BOP is pressure energized. The well pressure acts on the ram to increase the sealing force and maintain the seal even with loss of the closing pressure.
Our Ram type BOP can be supplied with the hydraulic locking devices to lock ram hydraulically and hold the ram mechanically closed even when actuating pressure is released. The operating system is interlocked using sequence caps to ensure that the taper lock is retracted before pressure is applied to open the BOP.
