Filters and coalescers are designed and tested to perform well at high flow rates, tailor products for specific applications to optimize products for a wide variety of conditions such as viscosity, gelatinous particulate, chemical and temperature resistance, contaminant capacity, and efficiency needs. 	Duplex Filter Housing Duplex Filter Housings are used for applications where the flow cannot be interrupted for bag changing. We offer our standard #2 size filter housings in duplex configuration in 316SS, Carbon Steel and Polypropylene with CPVC valves. Filter Housings are used to remove relatively small particles from a fluid stream (particle sizes from 0.00004" to 0.0314" (1 to 800 microns) from flow rates up to 9,000 GPM.

	Non-Metallic Cartridge Filter Housings All Plastic PVC or CPVC Cartridge Filter Housings are used to remove fine particles from process fluid. These housings are designed to use single, open ended cartridges 10", 20" or 30" in length. Cartridges must have a 1" ID and these housings do not accommodate stackable cartridges. Viton Seal is standard.

	Multiple Bag Filter Housing We offer two basic multiple bag filter housing designs, one having a spring assisted cover lift mechanism and the other using an integral hand wheel davit. 	PVC Filter Housing Filter Housings have no metal components to rust or corrode. PL Filter housings are made from glass fiber reinforced polypropylene and they are designed to withstand a relatively high pressure and temperature combinations. For continuous flow applications we offer a duplex model that enables one side to accesses without shutting interrupting the flow.

	Polyester filter bags Polyester filter bags provide depth filtration and have a high solids retention capacity. All of our Polyester filter bags have their outside surface singed or glazed to prevent fabric fibers from the bag getting into the clean, filtered process media. Polyester felt has a higher melting point than Polypropylene Felt making it ideal for hot oil and other applications up to 300° F. Polyester Felt is generally compatible with most fluids except those that are strongly alkaline or strongly acidic.
